Protein pancakes have been present in the nutrition supplement industry for years, but it has been missed from our portfolio… until now!

We have been working on a product content which does not only serve with a tasty, protein-rich pancake. Our aim was to create a food which is healthy, a real culinary enjoyment and even makes up for the space the market had – this is how our Vegan Pancake Mix was born!

●       instead of milk we used coconut milk powder, so the product is 100% lactose free

●       we set aside all the animal-source ingredients, so the product is perfectly vegan

●       instead of sugar we used sweeteners to make it added sugar free

●       we improved the protein content with added pea protein isolate

Instructions for use:

For american pancakes: mix one serving (50 g) pancake mix with 50 ml plant based milk or water in a mixing bowl until blended. Slightly oil the preheated pan, then cook each side of the pancakes until golden brown.

For crepes: the mixing ratio changes to 50 g pancake mix to 100 ml plant based milk or water.

Lactose-free
