Ingredients: berberine hydrochloride from phellodendron amurense bark extract, coptis teeta root extract (standardized to 8% berberine), maltodextrin, capsule shell (gelatin), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid).

Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 capsule) two times daily with plenty of water or other liquid before meals.
