Recipe for 4 pieces of fried bread
Ingredients:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl, then knead it thoroughly on a lightly floured surface. Cover it with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Shape 4 equal parts of it and stretch them to get 4 circular pieces of thin dough of 16-19 cm diameter. When ready, frie both sides for 1-1 minutes in plenty of oil.
