Ingredients: L-Lysine hydrochloride, Capsule shell (Gelatin), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid).
Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 capsule) with three meals of the day for a total of 3 capsules a day. Alternatively take a daily portion (3 capsules) with your first meal of the day.
