Ingredients: maca (Lepidium meyenii) root powder, capsule shell (gelatin), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid).
Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 capsule) with your first meal of the day, and another portion with lunch. alternatively you can take the whole daily portion (2 capsules) in the morning with plenty of water.
